AUTO GLAMOUR – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Approval
* All services will be performed only after customer approval.
* The customer agrees to the selected package and service before work begins.
2. Vehicle Inspection
* The vehicle will be inspected before service. Existing scratches, dents, paint defects, or damage will be noted.
* Auto Glamour is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
3. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty
* PPF comes with a manufacturer warranty (as per brand terms).
* Warranty covers yellowing, peeling, cracking, and bubbling under normal conditions.
* Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accidents, scratches, improper washing, or misuse.
4. Curing Time
* PPF and coatings require curing time.
* Do not wash the vehicle for 5–7 days after installation.
* Avoid pressure wash, chemicals, or rubbing during curing period.
5. Payment Terms
* Full payment must be completed at the time of vehicle delivery.
* Auto Glamour has the right to hold the vehicle until payment is cleared.
6. Vehicle Safety
* We take utmost care, but Auto Glamour is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues not related to our service.
* Please remove personal belongings before service.
7. Service Time
* Delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on vehicle condition and service complexity.
8. No Guarantee on Deep Scratches
* Detailing improves appearance but cannot permanently remove deep scratches, dents, or paint damage.
9. Customer Responsibility
* Proper maintenance instructions must be followed to maintain warranty and finish quality.
10. Liability
* Auto Glamour liability is limited only to the value of service provided.
PPF AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Do not wash vehicle for 7 days
* Avoid pressure wash on edges
* Do not polish or rub PPF
* Wash with pH neutral shampoo only
* Visit Auto Glamour for inspection if any issue appears
